This project was designed to support a capacity of 38 workstations and various workplace-related functions.  It is located in the base building of 999 Peachtree Street in Atlanta.  The design incorporated many sustainable concepts and features.

The base building was in the process of making sustainable improvements.  Its commitment was one of the key factors of base building selection.  The design team specified many materials low in chemical emissions.  Many of them also are high in recycled content.

An open-floor plan allowed for natural light.  As a result, electricity was greatly reduced.  The low-energy indirect lighting, task lighting and occupancy sensors further reduced energy consumption.  Most importantly, the design team engaged the consultants and the construction partner to participate in sustainable practices.  As a team, the project was able to achieve LEED-CI Gold Certification.

My responsibilities on the project included design, furniture selection, rendering, CD production, MEP coordination, construction administration and LEED documentation.
