Primo has been The Go To hoagie restaurant for a long time in mostly the northeast part of the country. Its amazing texture of freshly baked bread and incredible meat selection grew up with so many people, including the Owner.
He wanted to introduce Primo to people new to this brand by providing the best customer experience possible, which includes top-notch quality of food, as well as the dine-in and ordering experience.
The registers, the queuing line and visual graphics have all been thoughtfully located to streamline the traffic flow. The sequence of which the customers encounter the merchandise display then unto the waiting area where their orders are delivered were all part of careful planning.
To refresh the dine-in experience, we neutralized the color palette and added contrasting tones. We kept core elements that are essential to the brand like brick and black granite. But we also introduced new textures of tilework, stained concrete and dark wood cabinetry to enhance the look and feel.
Prior to design, Kaisen Design also assisted in selecting the space based on preliminary code analysis and review of contract terms.
